A previous research and studies have established the significance of describing Staphylokinase as a thrombolytic treatment, particularly in patients with cardiovascular disease, stroke, other life-threatening disorders. plays significant part coagulation process through formation plasmin-Staphylokinase complex on surface clot which activates plasminogen is generated by some strains Staphylococcus aureus. The publication described use E. coli strain BL12DE3 to produce protein via pET21a transporter predicated chemical stimulator (IPTG) an important role regulating recombinant stimulating synthesis. Strain T7 polymerase, encoding LacI transporter.
